‘Hold Them’ was released on Amalgamated In Jamaica (and later on Jogibs) and on Doctor Bird in the UK. It is widely considered to be one of the first true rocksteady tunes. ‘Hold Them’ was reissued on a Joe Gibbs Record Globe Label and is available on the VP Records CD Joe Gibbs Scorchers From The Early Years (1967-73).

Keith Blake – Musically
Released on an Amalgamated Blank In Jamaica (I’m not sure if it got a label release as well) and on Blue Cat in the UK, Musically is a beautiful rock steady vocal. It is currently available on the VP records CD Joe Gibbs Scorchers From The Early Years (1967-73).

It is cover of the soul singer Barbara Lynn’s original on Jamie records. ‘You’re Gonna Need Me’ has be re- pressed on a Joe Gibbs Record Globe 7″ and was available on the Trojan CD ‘Get On Up! – Joe Gibbs Rocksteady [1967-68]’.
